This addendum is issued to make certain revisions, clarifications and/or alternations to the invitation to bid for the project. Each bidder should acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid form; however, failure to do so does not relieve the contractor from the requirements contained therein.

Greenway Improvement Project
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Murfreesboro, City Manager's Office, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee until 3:00 p.m., CST on Tuesday, May 26th, 2015, for the Murfreesboro Stones River Greenway Improvements Phase 1, located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following elements:
The Greenway Improvements Phase 1 project consists of the following: demolition of existing restroom buildings and installation of new modular restroom buildings at both the Thompson Lane and Manson Pike trailheads and the associated site work and utility connections for each, installation of new parking lot lighting at the Thompson Lane and General Bragg trailheads, and repair of the asphalt greenway surface at three existing pedestrian bridge approaches.
Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be examined at; F.W. Dodge Plan Room, Nashville; TN Builders Exchange; Lose & Associates, Inc. (1314 5th Ave North, Suite 200, Nashville, Tennessee). Copies of these Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained from Lose & Associates, Inc., upon payment of a refundable amount of fifty dollars ($50.00).
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30th, 2015, City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, TN. Representatives of OWNER and ENGINEER shall be present to discuss the project.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Rutherford County Highway Commission will open bids Monday, May 4, 2015 @ 7:00 a.m. in the Office of Road Superintendent, 1510 Rutledge Way, Murfreesboro, TN. for the furnishing of: HOT MIX (A, AS, CW, CS, BM, D, 411E, & TACKCOAT)
Bidders are requested to quote per ton on mix (A, AS, CW, CS, BM, D, 411E, &
TACKCOAT) to be furnished, hauled, and laid by bidder. Also quote prices for
materials to be picked up at the plant by Rutherford County Highway Department trucks.
EFFECTIVE DATES
5-4-2015 THRU 4-30-2016
Specifications and/or bid sheets may be picked up at the Road Superintendent's office any working day prior to bid opening date.
The Rutherford County Highway Commission reserves the right to accept any bid in their opinion to be the best or to reject any or all bids.
