MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -A Murfreesboro man was arrested Thursday after an investigation revealed he allegedly paid for sex with an underage victim.
Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation began investigating Adonis Hart, 35, in August 2012 after receiving information Hart contacted a man selling sex with an underage female online.
During the course of the investigation, agents learned Hart engaged in sexual intercourse with the minor at his Murfreesboro apartment in November 2011.
Hart was indicted by the Rutherford County Grand Jury on Tuesday on charges of sex trafficking, rape and aggravated statutory rape.
He was booked in the Rutherford County Jail with a bond of $250,000.
